Delivery and Return Policies

If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the Delivery and Return Policies below.

1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Delivery Arrangement

  • Local Delivery (Hong Kong)
    • Options include SF Express Pay on Delivery, and direct pick-up at our designated location (any MTR station along Tsuen Wan Line and Kwun Tong Line). SF Express delivery typically takes not more than 4 working days, depending on the carrier.
  • International Delivery

    • We partner with Hong Kong Post and UPS to provide you with both cost-effective and express delivery options. Estimated delivery time of various options are shown in the Checkout Page, assuming smooth customs clearance.

  • Track and Trace

    • Every order includes a tracking number, accessible at the link we provided in the order confirmation email, for your real-time monitoring.

  • Shipping Costs

    • Local Delivery: Costs are based on the carrier’s charges, displayed at checkout. Direct pick-up is free of charge.
    • International Delivery: Fees are calculated by weight and destination, shown before purchase. You are responsible for shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes.

1.2 Customs Considerations (For International Clients)

  • Compliance of Laws
    • All the airsoft parts and builds designed, made and sold by Gunsmith Bros Airsoft strictly comply with Hong Kong Firearms and Ammunition Ordinance (Cap 238). To demonstrate compliance of Cap. 238 against the non-lethal nature, testing of the muzzle velocity (FPS) for all our products using green gas and BBs with the specific weight of 0.2 gram has been conducted with a calibrated chronograph and thermometer, and documented in the manufacturer’s certificate. We also maintain detailed records of product specifications to support customs clearance.
  • Our Support
    • In some regions/countries, airsoft parts may be classified as sensitive or restricted under relevant local laws. If your shipment faces customs issues, we’ll be with you through the process by providing assistance (e.g. manufacturer declarations or certificates) and our previous experience to help you out. However, as customs authorities typically contact the recipient directly, we have to ask you to handle communication with them. Additional charges required from the local custom will be your responsibility. 

  • Preparation

    • Customs regulations vary and change depending on countries/regions. We recommend reviewing your local import rules against Airsoft parts, before ordering. Our dedicated staff is available HERE if you want advice to ensure a smooth delivery.

1.3 Delivery Time and Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or customs processing. If delivery exceeds 30 days after the purchase confirmation, due to carrier-related issues, we bear the responsibility and will provide options such as a refund or reshipment.

  • However, if the delay is due to the shipment being held by local customs of the buyer, the buyer to bear the responsibility, and the buyer cannot terminate the purchase contract.

  • Anyhow, smooth delivery to your hands is top priority. In case of delays, contact us at the official email or Whatsapp to discuss any possible solutions. We will investigate the situation for you.

1.4 Delivery Instructions and Liability

  • All shipping options, including UPS, are default to be ‘leave at door’ that does not require a signature. Any loss or damage after the package is left is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend you agreeing a time with the courier when you can receive the package upon arrival, or choosing a secure delivery method to avoid risks (additional charges needed).

  • At the Checkout Page, please enter your delivery instructions in the Remark Section. Our dedicated staff will follow-up for you.

1.5 Non-Delivery Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

  • If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure) prevent delivery, we will notify you within 3 days. You may cancel the order, replace the product (if available), or delay delivery. For cancellations, cash payments are refunded within 14 days; credit card payments are returned to the bank within 14 days, though bank processing may take 2-3 weeks.

1.6 If the Payment is On-hold

  • If you do not pay the price of the purchased product or cancel it in the bank records, our obligation to deliver the product ends.

1.7 Buyer’s Obligation to Inspect

  • You must inspect the package upon receipt, specifically the external packaging. Dented or torn packaging should not be accepted from the carrier. Accepted goods are deemed undamaged. Report issues immediately to the official email or Whatsapp with evidence (e.g., photos) for prompt resolution.

1.8 Non-Delivery Due to Buyer Error

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the buyer bear the resulted losses and is not eligible to any refund. Additional shipping costs for redelivery are your responsibility. Please verify your address at checkout to avoid issues.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Return and Refund Conditions

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    • If an item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for an exchange. If the issue is our responsibility (e.g., manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipped), we will cover return shipping costs. We document each item’s condition (via photos and videos) before dispatch for transparency.
  • Used Parts
    • In any circumstances, the purchased item(s) being used is(are) not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
  • Personal Preference
    • Returns due to personal preference, such as a change of mind, dissatisfaction with appearance, or incorrect size selection, are not accepted. We provide comprehensive product descriptions, specifications, and pre-purchase support to ensure informed decisions.

2.2 Return and Refund Process

  • How to Initiate
    • If your are eligible for refund or exchange as per Section 2.1 Refund and Exchange Conditions, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at the official email, including:
      • Your order number
      • A description of the issue (e.g., damage or defect)
      • Supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos)
  • Review
    • We will review your request within 3 working days and provide clear instructions.
  • Resolution
    • Approved requests can opt for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, issued to your original payment method. All documents putting you under debt (e.g., invoices) must be returned with the product.
  • Shipping Costs
    • We cover return shipping for issues we’re responsible for. As returns for personal preference are not accepted, no return shipping costs apply in such cases.

2.3 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If this is not possible, we will collaborate to find a suitable alternative.

2.4 Product Unavailability

  • If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we will notify you in writing within 3 days. The total price will be refunded within 14 days.
