Can you ship to my country?
We can ship to Hong Kong, United States (US), Philippines, France, Canada, Taiwan, South Korea, Netherlands, United Kingdom (UK).
If your country isn’t listed, please contact our support team to check if we can ship to you.
Where are you located?
Our founders, the two gunsmith brothers, founded GSB in Hong Kong in 2003. All our products are shipped from Hong Kong, where they are manufactured.
How long will I get my order?
You’ll get a final arrival date via email after you place your order. The arrival date is based on item availability and the shipping option you choose. For available products, typically arrive within 10-14 calender days.
What happens if my delivery goes missing or being held?
In case of any problems with your delivery, we’ll be in direct contact with the carrier to investigate the condition as quickly as possible and keep you informed throughout the process.
We’ll make every effort to minimise the risk of customs delays. In case where the package being held by local customs, we’ll assist to provide necessary documentation, but you’ll need to handle direction communication as customs authorities typically require verification from the recipient.

Can I change or cancel my order?
For standard parts orders, you can change or cancel standard orders before they ship. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to make your updates.
For customization and complete build orders, they cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
While we will make every effort to check and record to make sure your items are intact before shipping, if you find any of them damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team to arrange a replacement, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Can I apply for a refund?

Can I visit your workshop?
Due to staff shortages, we can arrange a workshop visit with you after a reservation being made with our support team. You can take a sneak peek at upcoming items or purchase the parts you need over there directly. Some rare items that may not be available on our website may be found as well.
Can I ask for technical advice before placing my order?
Surely yes. While we have tried to cover all necessary technical and compatibility information you might need on our product page, you can ask for a direct technical assistance here.

What is customization roughly about?
A process to create your personalized build. Start by choosing all the parts of a complete build from the available items on our website, as the base configuration. From there, customize their colors, patterns and/or engraving as per your own artwork.
Our gunsmiths will discuss the details with you and guide you throughout the build process to bring your one-and-only dream build to life.
What options I can choose?

Do I need to deposit for my customized order?
Yes, a 20% deposit is required to initiate the manufacturing process for your custom build. This deposit is non-refundable once production begins and will be credited toward the total cost of your order. The remaining balance is due after final testing and prior to shipping. Our team will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
