When will I get my build?

You’ll get a final delivery date after you place your order. Delivery date is based on item availability and the shipping option you choose. For available product, typically within 10-14 calendar days.

What happens if my delivery goes missing, being held or is damaged?
  • In case of any problems with your delivery, we’ll be in direct contact with the carrier to investigate the condition as quickly as possible and keep you informed throughout the process.
  • We’ll make every effort to minimise the risk of customs delays. In case where the package being held by local customs, we’ll assist to provide necessary documentation, but you’ll need to handle direction communication as customs authorities typically require verification from the recipient.
  • We’ll ensure your parts are intact before dispatch. If you receive your order and find it damaged, we’ll assist you directly.
Is my build covered by warranty internationally?

Yes, your new build can be protected internationally by GSB ProArmor or BasicArmor.
