When will I get my build?

You’ll get a final delivery date after you place your order. Delivery date is based on item availability and the shipping option you choose. For available product, typically within 10-14 calendar days.

What happens if my delivery goes missing, being held or is damaged?
  • In case of any problems with your delivery, we’ll be in direct contact with the carrier to investigate the condition as quickly as possible and keep you informed throughout the process.
  • We’ll make every effort to minimise the risk of customs delays. In case where the package being held by local customs, we’ll assist to provide necessary documentation, but you’ll need to handle direction communication as customs authorities typically require verification from the recipient.
  • We’ll ensure your parts are intact before dispatch. If you receive your order and find it damaged, we’ll assist you directly.
Is my build covered by warranty internationally?

Yes, your new build can be protected internationally by GSB ProArmor or BasicArmor.

  • This pistol is designed to 0.20 g BB with muzzle velocity >370 FPS but with kinetic energy less than 2J, using green gas.
  • A FPS test for every complete build will be conducted before shipping. Testing records will be tabulated in the official FPS test certificate.

Cautions for Use:

  • This custom build is assembled and tuned by our Gunsmiths. Our Gunsmiths tune the pistol having a good balance between recoil feedback and cycling speed. 
  • Further fine tuning is required on your end to fit your own preference. Feel free to contact us for information and specifics on tuning and maintenance. 

Recommend Settings:

  • We do not recommend using a nineball magazine lip (purple lip) upgrade with Edge/Gunsmodify/Rhino nozzles, as the lip would be in physical contact with the nozzle during cycling. 
  • For IPSC or other competition shooters, aluminum Hi-Capa grip is compatible with SV/STL holster or adjustable holster.
